Today the attention we have received has been faultless. Well done. Unfortunately the service since being taken over by W.K. has been less than satisfactory.
At our last session we made specific requirements that were needed. Photographs and measurements were taken. Today the finished product is disappointing, we feel we were not listened to.
Hopefully this will improve!

We were seen promptly and had a thorough assessment. Discussing my needs the therapist explained why things were done and helped to insure that when we receive new equipment it should meet my needs. Thank you.
